Dear Diamond Lakers;

   

We are pleased to present the results of the first-ever and just-completed “DL Stakeholder Survey-2021.” This is now available for your perusal on this webpage. 

 

Firstly, the DL Board would like to thank all of you who responded. The response percent was beyond expectations and anyone’s predictions at 76% of the Association membership. We also counted several non-members who participated.This is outstanding and stands as a testament to the commitment of the membership toward the sustenance and betterment of the DL ecosystem. 

 

Secondly, the Board offers a hearty “THANK YOU!” to Beth Johnson for her hours of work involving the collation and presentation of these data.

 

Thirdly, this Survey begins a sincere dialog between the DL membership and the Board of Directors. In the days and months to come, the Board will use the Survey results to guide and inform our decisions and accomplish the priorities set forth in the DL Strategic Plan-2021. As this is occurring, the Board invites and welcomes continuing input from you as together we interpret the Survey results, discuss the latter, and accomplish evolving priorities. 

 

Finally, let’s continue rowing together as the DL team. It will be fun and successful!
